Journey of Hard Work

My name is Narasimha, and I was born in a small village in Andhra Pradesh. My childhood was simple and full of joy—open fields, small streets, and endless laughter with friends. I still remember the happiness of family trips to places like Tirupati, Srisailam, and Vijayawada. Those memories remain close to my heart.

But as I grew older, life became difficult. Reality slowly replaced my dreams. After completing 5th class, I had to stop studying because my family was struggling financially. With four sisters to be married and debts to clear, I knew I had to step forward and support my family.

My first job was in a small provision store. I worked as a helper, and though the work was small, it marked the beginning of my journey.

In 2015, I learned civil construction work from my father. He was my first teacher. Watching him work taught me what real hard work and discipline truly meant. I worked as a daily labourer for two years, learning every detail through experience and effort.

Over time, my dedication was noticed by engineers at the site, and they offered me a permanent opportunity in the civil construction field. That moment became a turning point in my life.

Today, I work in Bengaluru, living close to the construction sites along with my elder brother and sister-in-law. I cook my own food, sleep at the site, and begin each morning with fresh energy and purpose.

I have learned how to build walls, shape designs, and work with care and precision. I can also handle drilling and cutting machines. For me, the sounds of construction work are not noise—they feel like the rhythm of progress.

My dream is clear. One day, I want to build my own construction team and start a builders’ firm that I can proudly call my own. I keep learning every day, because I don’t just want to work under someone forever—I want to lead.

Whenever I take a short break, I open Facebook or WhatsApp just to stay connected with my world and my people.

This is my journey—and I am still building my dreams, one brick at a time.
